Velvet Playhouse Creative Photo Studio is a supervised creative space designed for adults who want a safe, comfortable environment to create their own intimate or expressive content for promotional or personal purposes, whether working solo or in small groups. This is not a rental or sublease of the property; all sessions take place under my oversight, and clients use the studio only for the purpose of producing their own lawful content. Clients must bring their own recording device; such as a phone, camera, or video equipment—as the studio does not provide devices, regardless of whether assistance is requested. Content creators of all kinds are welcome, including those producing personal content, promotional material, music videos, and similar projects. Guests have access to themed sets, props, and lighting, and may choose to create independently or request additional guidance, direction, or assistance for an extra fee.
